Purple Dog Art Studio
1) Terms:
By accepting the terms, I give permission for Purple Dog Art Studio to publish, in print or online, photos and/or videos of my child and artwork related to my child.
I hereby release and discharge Purple Dog Art Studio and staff from any and all liability, actions, cause of action, debts, claims, damage, or loss which may occur during my child/children’s participation at Purple Dog Art Studio. I understand and agree with the above information.
2) Cancellations and Refunds:
CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY
Summer:
A two week notice is required if you would like to switch camp weeks. If space is available, we will be happy to transfer your registration from one camp week to another.
For cancellations on or before June 1, participants will receive a full tuition refund (minus a $50 cancellation fee).
For cancellations after June 1, participants will receive a refund of 50% of the total cost of camp ONLY if we can fill your spot. NO refunds will be issued if we are unable to fill your spot at camp.
If the studio cancels camp due to insufficient enrollment, participants will receive a 100% refund.
Winter:
A 2 week notice is required if you would like to switch days. If space if available, we will be happy to transfer your registration from one camp day to another.
For cancellations less that 2 weeks prior to your day(s) of camp, participants will receive a refund of 50% of the total cost of camp ONLY if we can fill your spot. NO refunds will be issued if we are unable to fill your spot(s) at camp.

Need To Miss A Class?
Give us a heads up and you can attend an alternate class during the same week of your absence. If you can’t attend an alternate class, we’ll make every effort to see that you make up the missed project when you return.
Refunds or credit can’t be given in the case of absence and in no event will missed classes be deducted from tuition payment.
Class Withdrawal
We ask those artists wishing to withdraw from a class to please notify the studio at least one month in advance so we may fill it with an artist on the waiting list. Failure to inform the studio of your withdrawal in a timely fashion will result in a charge of one month’s tuition.

Because our website includes areas in which individuals can provide personally identifying information, our Privacy Policy is intended to inform you of our policies and practices regarding information we collect about you on this site. Purple Dog collects and maintains certain personal information about you when you send us email or complete our online forms. The personal information you provide can identify you individually, and includes items such as your name and email address, emergency contact, address, special needs-age and phone number.

When you visit our website, certain technical information (IP address and domain name) is collected. We cannot use this technical information to identify you personally. If you have requested information from us, we may send you these materials via email. We do not collect any information from you online other than the personal information described above. www.purpledogart.com does not use cookies to collect information about you for any reason.

We use the information you provide us to contact you in response to any requests, complaints, or comments you may have about www.purpledogart.com. We also will use, with your permission, certain personal information about you should you be seeking employment, whether on a full or part-time basis, to locate employment for you. Of course, the efforts by Purple Dog Art Studio on your behalf will only occur with your permission and be limited for that purpose.

Purple Dog Art Studio does not collect or compile personal information for distribution to parties outside of Purple Dog and its clients, and does not share any information about you with any other third parties. Purple Dog Art Studio reserves the right to modify or amend this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. A notice posted to this Privacy Policy at least ten (10) days prior to the effective date of such change will precede any changes to this Privacy Policy.
