The holiday season can be fun, busy and STRESSFUL! Take some time to slow down, relax and become present through simple mandala-making. This is a mindful art practice, which means there’s no “right” or “wrong” way to do it. It’s about the process, not the outcome. No artistic skills required!
We’ll be exploring meditative mandala art exercises, a journaling process to reflect on our creations, and mindful breathing and grounding exercises.
Cost is $35.00 per person. All supplies are included.
